• Production Of The SPC Flooring

1)Material mixing and feeding

 

Automatic metering according to the proportion of raw materials → hot mixing of high-speed mixer (hot mixing temperature: 125 ° C, the function is to make all kinds of materials evenly mixed and remove moisture in materials) → enter into cold mixing (to reduce material temperature to prevent caking and discoloration, cold mixing temperature: 55 ° C) → cool mixed materials;

 

2)Extruding

 

Adding material into double-screw extruder, heating extrusion → into sheet die extrusion molding, forming film.

The material is thickened by four roll calender, added color film, applied wear-resistant layer, cooled and cut.

 

3)Water cooling

 

Surface UV → tempering (tempering hot water temperature: 80 ~ 120 ° C; cold water temperature: 10 ° C)

 

4)Cutting and slotting

 

Cutting → slotting, trimming, chamfering → inspection → packaging

 

• Construction Of SPC Rigid Core Floor

1)The UV treatment on the surface of PVC floor is a way to strengthen the surface with epoxy resin, which can play the role of anti pollution and effective absorption of UV, enhancing wear resistance, delaying product aging, anti burn, easy cleaning and antibacterial.

 

2)Protection layer which is transparent and highly anti abrasion even in the heavy stuff move on the surface ,it can well protect the flooring from color fading and abrasion.The thickness could be selected,the thicker,the better.

 

3)It is printed by high speed gravure machine,which can produce thousands kinds of designs,including the nature wood desaigns,marble,stone,carpet,grass ,woven etc.,they are water proofed which make the flooring look like real wood or marble,carpet.It saves not only cost for you,but recycable and eviromental friendly.

 

4)The Rigid core layer made by new material,increase the hardness to make the interlock perfect,and size stability.It can adpted to different ground.

 

• Maintenance Of The SPC Floor

 

When using SPC stone plastic floor, avoid the erosion of accidental chemicals, shoe prints, cigarette end traces, oil, water, etc., so as to minimize the surface mechanical wear and effectively extend the service life of SPC stone plastic floor.

 

1) Dust and sand on the ground will damage the material of the ground. If there is any leaching material, the surface may change color, so please remove these substances at any time and clean them regularly.

 

2) When the local dyeing is serious, clean it with neutral reagent and then wipe it with wet linen cloth. It is strictly forbidden to use steel ball and wire brush to clean up the dirt, so as to prevent damaging the floor surface.

 

3) When cleaning with linen cloth with more moisture, attention should be paid to prevent the product from being immersed in the connecting part or the cross grain part, resulting in the phenomenon of empty sticking and opening of the connecting part.

 

4) When the solvent furniture paint, radioactive liquid, medicine and other products drop on the floor, they should be removed immediately with alcohol. Note that if strong solvents such as acid or acetone are used, the immersion area may expand, soften and change color.

 

5) Oil impregnation can be cleaned with neutral reagent.
