It is made of polyvinyl chloride which is recycled and enviromental friendly.
We produce thickness ranges from 1.5mm,1.8mm,2.0mm for LVT dry back and 2.5mm,3.0mm etc.
Production process:
1.The hot press machine which requires higly about the operators and machine working technology datas,the flooring made of by this way,is more stable for bigger thciness,such as 3.0mm,2.5mm etc.
2.As the time goes by,a better and convenient way appeared,it is calendering machine which produce flooring by lamination in the rollers instead of traditional press by high temperature and hydraulic pressure.This way is more fast,the advantage is to produce thickness within 2.0mm.
