During the production of Wood LVT Flooring:

there are various workshops and testing procedures to ensure the quality of the product.

The first step is to produce the PVC bottom layer. This is followed by pressing the wear-resistant layer, color film, middle layer, and bottom layer into semi-finished products.

The next step is to cut the color film and wear-resistant layer into the required sizes. The PVC floor is then cut into fixed specifications, and packaged.

Before being released, the expansion of the vinyl flooring is checked to ensure size stability and surface wear resistance. The flooring is then cut into different sizes depending on the style - for wood, the size is 6''X36'', while for marble and stone, it's typically 600mmX600mm or 18''X18''.

After cutting, the floor edges are trimmed to ensure a smooth finish that's better for installation. Finally, the flooring is packed, typically 24pcs for 18''x18'' or 36pcs for 6''x36''. If there are any special packaging requirements, they can be discussed with the manufacturer.
